Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Customer Service Sales Support for our client in San Carlos, CA. As a Customer Service Sales Support person you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service solutions to clients and developing a relationship with them to ensure satisfaction and provide maximum market opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer applications as well as an eager, team-oriented personality ready to drive sales


  • Act as general support for the account management team with all client orders account maintenance.
  • Assist the account management team with prospecting leads and developing quotes.
  • Maintain the tracking and entering of client orders in the company system.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by providing documentation and resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and follow up with client communication, including emails and phone calls.


  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years previous sales and customer service support experience OR Associate’s degree + 5 years previous successful customer service and sales support experience required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Basic office and math skills, as well as, highly proficient computer skills required.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and concisely in both written and verbal forms with all levels of colleges required.
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and teamwork.
