Great management team and opportunity. We are looking for a motivated, independent self-starter with 3-5 years’ HVAC Service and Retrofit Sales Executive who has Business Development Skills, Customer Relations Skills, and some technical problem-solving experience for guiding technicians on service / repair, turn-key projects, with a primary focus on Developing New Service Relationships, Quality Service, People/Management Skills, and Accurate Records. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment to provide solutions for clients. Needed is the ability to Call on New Customers and Leads, generate Leads, develop relationships of HVAC and Boiler Service. Qualified candidates will have a technical background, with mechanical HVAC systems knowledge, and experience with some design challenges, estimating and installation / repair operations.
